I saw this company praised on my Next Door App. Looked them up and everything proceeded smoothly from there. As others have said, its a £12 one off charge for the large brown Garden Waste Bin, payment is quick and easy, an email follows confirming your booking and you are given a slot eventually. Mine co-incided with medical appointment so rang up. A very polite female said it was no problem to book it for following week. They arrived on the day .... what more can you ask for. Recommend them to friends and will certainly use them again if Council don't collect again!

I can't praise Wilrose highly enough. Firstly the biggest Thank You for stepping with the initiative to cover garden waste collections after the council service disappeared, as being an avid gardener my green waste was really mounting up. Your website was so clear and easy to use, the price was such great value for money and your driver could not have been more professional. It was also great to get the confirmation email follow up when I made the bookings. I felt your service was exemplary from start and finish and really helped out in a very challenging time. We have used Wilrose services on two occasions now. They have provided skips to three of our buildings and have been wonderful to work with. They are extremely responsive and have helped us with last minute changes to collection dates, as well as organising one off collections for other items at very short notice. So easy to arrange on line with a reminder sent the day before to leave bins out. Very efficient service - was able to add additional items to my original booking without any problem. Also very quick to respond to a phone enquiry. Worth the money to avoid a messy tip run given the current lack of council garden waste removal service.

We’ve only used Wilrose for a couple of months now, but so far so good. We used a different company before that constantly missed collections, over charged frequently and rarely answered the phone to customers. It’s very refreshing to make use of a professional service that always do collections per schedule and deal with customer queries in a fast and efficient way.

Ordered two skips from Wilrose Skip Hire. I received a friendly reception, staff were helpful and both arrived in the required time slot. I didn't experience any problems and the price was competitive. I hope I don't have to, but I would use them again !

Very fast turn around on the skip i hired. Rang at 4pm, had the skip 7am the next day. Polite, friendly delivery guy. Lovely, professional and courteous staff when i rang through. Recommended 100%.
