Total dump they apparently lift All vehicles that have no tax In the west of Scotland it took me over 20 phone calls to eventually get my call answered I did leave a message on the voicemail to which no one responded to you would think if they have the contract responsibility for the West of Scotland they would have someone available to answer calls or at very least respond to voicemail. My car, which was left with the garage, had been left on a large area of pavement and was taken within 4 days of being left there. I was charged £480 to get my car back even though I am entitled to free road tax due to being disabled after sustaining injuries during the Iraq war serving this country.

I have auctioned and bought a few things now. Raymond who I have mainly dealt with has been brilliant. He has taking time to help me as well as explain things. He made it really easy for. Such a genuine guy. Would highly recommend this company. Person on reception also took time to explain things. Just an overall really good experience.

Dislike the way they price items! You bid , you win THEN there is anything up to 30% ‘buyers premium ‘ ADDED ON then THEY ADD VAT TO BOTH then they add a ‘ hammer price’ then they add VAT to that! Your total is typically 50% more than your winning bid price!

Why cant the price you bid just be the price you pay so you know where you stand? They can take charges off that.

Bid increments for low value items are too high at £5. Some items you could almost buy brand new by time all charges pile up.

I came to Wilson’s to collect some things out of a vehicle they were holding, and every person I met there went above and beyond to help me. I don’t know that I’ve met a group of employees so accommodating and encouraging before. They made what would have been a negative, sad experience for me, uplifting. Thank you guys so much!
