Lazy attendants. Will gladly watch you struggling and sorting through mixed bags even though their own policy says the attendants will help you. Site team leader more bothered about making sure you know that he is the team leader and that he is better than you by shouting at you in a condescending manner.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star.

The older guy, with strange eyes/glasses (didn't get his name, but deserves to be outed!) Very rude to us today. Disgusting attitude and i wasn't going to let him speak to us that way. Absolutely no need whatsoever. Honestly, who do they think they are.

Very rude staff. Every time I go and no matter which attendant you speak to, they are rude and belittling. They talk down to you and speak to you like your something they've just stepped in. Even when you've personally sorted everything into seperate bags they insist on opening you general waste and searching for any mistakes you may of made no matter how small, I find this so embarrassing and condescending to have my waste displayed to everyone and spoken to like a naughty child. Then the questions start about where your rubbish has come from, why you couldn't of thrown in your own bins etc! Staff need changing asap

The grey haired fella as I approached is rude!! I said I had some plastic he replied with a eyeroll & said which type!! Honestly he needs a education in customer service!! There was a very helpful lady who worked there who took a toaster off my dad after the grey haired fella shouted & where is he taking that!!! I usually use the Burma drive site we're all the attendants are very friendly & helpful. Maybe a couple of months working there might help him with his attitude!!
