Our favourite library. It’s got a few parking spaces. It’s really well stocked. The kids’ section has a good selection of books as well as story sacks, board games, chess and colouring. They’re really encouraging children to be in the library. Staff are wonderful.

Incredible story of the ‘Windermere Boys’ and the history of the first Sunderland hydro aircraft to be built in the town. Fully recommend if you are a wannabe WWII historian.
