I bought 6000 bricks on the promise of Gavin that he will take back remaining stock at same price if we can't use it. We could only use 4000 as the bricks were not suitable for certain application and we wanted to return 2000. He then offered a much lower refund as against original promise. We had no option but to accept. Not a good experience and would not buy again and recommend to be careful.

I'm extremely pleased - Gavin has been really helpful in offering honest and detailed advice on various bricks, responded to emails straight away and was very competitive on price. I actually ordered bricks from another merchant that turned up wrong and had to quickly source the correct bricks from somewhere else. Gavin delivered to us the next day, and the driver even moved the old bricks out of the way for us so we had room for the new ones. I would definitely use again, fantastic company and service.
