The office staff are terribly rude, the guys in the yard are fine and helpful but the yard office staff could do with learning some basic manners towards customers. Just basics like 'hello - how can I help?' and 'thank you' would go a long way.

Out in the sticks but lots of Fiddes Hard Wax Oil wood finish. Which, if you haven't tried it, is the easiest and most durable final coat that you can apply to just about any timber type and surface, including floors.
There's some nice timber stacked around the place, as well as some presentable examples of joinery in the showroom. Prices seemed very reasonable too, considering how timber has shot up in recent years.
