Wouldn't recommend to deal with that place. They won't do what they say and you will end up losing your money. Sold a car, was told all the paperwork will be sorted, after few months I get penalty notice cause the car was still on my name, ringing tham many times, getting told they will call me back but noone was calling back, eventually after few month of many calls I made, got a call back from so called boss that was very rude and was told it's not there problem.

So yes, very bad communication and very rude...

Would not recommend this place at all. The staff are very rude and unhelpful, there is no communication at all. They have very dodgy parts and clearly dont know how to fit car parts. Charged me more than what was agreed and done a very bad job on my car. My car was there for over a week and I got it back un safe to drive. Will never go back.

Very poor service, they do not call back when they say they will, they do not call round when they say they will. They do not do as they say they will and keep to agreements/arrangements made. They are rude to you and do not provide a very good service at all. Would never use this business again.

Absolute joke. My husband rang up to see if they had specific wheels and was told they had loads. Was given a price and told to go and take a pick of said 'loads'. Drives for half an hour to get there just to be told they haven't got any. So basically just a waste of fuel and an hour of his day.
