It can be busy sometimes and the access road is horrible, it's like a suspension testing track but I'm happy they are there and are open at a convenient time.
Recently I discovered coffee pods containers, great idea, but I can't imagine anyone coming with a bag of those.

Good and not normally too busy. You do have to climb up steep metal steps to get to the bins which is a shame as it isn’t very disability friendly.

While I was there 12/10/24 dropping off my garden waste an eldley gentleman was there between 75-80 not very agile on his feet. And all the workers there have Hi Viz saying Need Help Ask.
So he asked one of the workers there to help him with a builders ton bag with his garden rubbish which by the way was probably only half filled if he could help him up the stairs.
To be then told he would help this time and if he was to come back again he wouldn't get the help from the staff with a builders bag 😱

Wish I'd have offered the help first.
Very shocked at this considering he was elderly.

Big thanks for Kindness of recycling centre worker, he seeing me on the crunches and two girls trying to recycle some green gave us a hand with that task.
