Service is great , pick up and drivers are great but the billing people are not.. they change your rate with out any notification and debit amounts not agreed too. honestly I don’t appreciate being spoken to like I don’t understand. I’ve had a contract with this company over 4 yrs and last February renegotiated a contract price that 11 months later received a 25% increase . I had no notice and certainly did not agree to them withdrawing a larger amount. I’m very disappointed and don’t want to deal with them because of the way I was treated by the customer service billing department!

One yard waste pickup per month is unacceptable. Many (most?) customers do not have anywhere to store yard waste bags out of the weather. As a result, if they are rained on and are not picked up for up to 3+ weeks, they often fall completely apart when picked up. Additionally, the 12-bag limit is laughable. A customer with a 1/2 acre yard who mows weekly will generate way more that 12 bags in a month. Yard waste pickup up should be weekly...just like garbage and recyclables.

I just got push into oncoming traffic by one of your guys trucks with my 2 kids in the car. And then he had the nerve to flip me off. But since you guys don’t have a customer service line to make complaints on, I guess it has to be left in a review.

Thanks so much. Next time I’ll just call the cops. It’ll be so much faster than trying to get a hold of your customer service.

Very spotty service. Some weeks they don’t pick up at all. Some weeks they are late. They never ever answer the phone. I’m not sure how to get an answer from this billion dollar corporation about service.

The service is reliable-they’re there when they say they will be. However yard waste pickup is no longer weekly to biweekly-its’call to set up’ which is less convenient. The rate has nearly doubled since started our service so considering my options.

We switched to Waste Management about 3 years ago and have never had any regrets about it. If service will be delayed because of whether a holiday we are notified through text and email. Customer service has been very helpful and pleasant when I need to call about billing.

Never (so far) have had a problem with Waste Management. Always there, Trash cans emptied and left where suppose to be. They Charge a Fair rate. they don't come and swap out my cans and give me older ones like Harvey Industries did, They don't double my bill like Harvey Did. Very Happy
