Even with a diagnosis there's a 2 year waiting list for treatment. It's diabolical. Everyone you ring about mental health in this area is linked to this clinic. They don't answer phones and often don't reply to messages left. If you do manage to speak to them they are wholly unapologetic, unsympathetic and often condescending.

I am fairly new to woodview with my son and after reading alot of the reviews I was very worried at how things would be. I am pleasantly surprised at the support we have recieved and the OT ( Angela) hope I'm allowed to mention names!!
Well she is an absolute gem my son will not engage if he doesn't feel comfortable but after 5 minutes she had him won over and was very informative to myself and reassured me. I have had alot of follow up calls and appointments made and feel although I'm sure some have not had the best experiences not everyone is the same. I'm sure they are over stretched just like many other services but for me and my son it has been a very positive experience and hopefully this continues.

Original review: These take forever. 14 months and waiting! Terrible communication, no updates, have to ring them and nag the hell out of them. Get spoken to like rubbish, very patronising (like a number). At the end of my tether to be honest. The second you complain and show your not standing for it, you just get attitude from them... I am not the first to do a bad review either...

Visited yesterday 20/11/23. Doctors were good but the receptionist had an attitude problem 👎

Was told at the appointment (waited 18 months to get) I can call any time if we have any questions. Called twice now over a 2 week period with an urgent problem and nobody has bothered to call back.

this place is truly shocking i would leave no stars if possible been waiting since last november for a first initial appointment for my child have emailed them and called and they say they are running behind but cant give me a date of when my child will be seen at all i mean, how behind are you !
it makes me very sad to know that this place is the only provision for little kids it really does these kids deserve better
***update is that I got her diagnosis by letter no one talked to me to explain anything it was just I rang to see where we were up to and they said oh it's been sent in the post what a fantastic service a life changing diagnosis and it's just a letter no doctors ringing to explain anything absolutely terrible this place honestly.

Got referred there for an autism assessment when I was around 9 years old. (I'm 20 now) I still haven't had that assessment. They kept losing my referral letter that the doctors sent to them. This also happened to my friend as well
