If I could do zero that’s what it would be. The manager is a bully and abuses her position in there. She has decided that because I have dogs I can’t have my parcels delivered but can have my mail. Lying saying the postmen are scared to deliver to me. I called her out on this and she just kept lying. Also thinks it funny to deface one of my parcels.

Sometimes items get delayed but the Royal Mail service to the area is generally good. Occasionally, it is necessary to go to the delivery office, i.e. to chase up an un-delivered item, where the staff are usually excellent and very helpful.

I Live On The Riverside Mill Estate On Gunpowder Road, Off Of Worcester Park Road And Old Malden Lane And Have Not Received Any Personal Private Mail ALL Week!!!
It Seems That Other People In The Worcester Park Area Haven't Been Receiving Their Mail Either.
This Is Unacceptable, As Royal Mail Has A Legal Code To Endeavour 100% Protection, Care And Prompt Delivery Of The Nation's Mail At ALL Times.
I Have Had To Make Several Official Complaints To Royal Mail Before In The Past And Am Quite Willing To Do So Again, Also Contacting The Royal Mail Ombudsman And Worcester Park's Local MP.
Quite A Few People On Here Think That Worcester Park Post Office And Royal Mail Delivery Office Is Actually The Worst In The Country,
So Maybe It's Time For A Change Of Staff, Management And Maybe A Complete Change Of Mail Company To Run The UK Postal Service!!?

I have used this delivery office many times. The man who works the office is always friendly and polite. Today, I walked carrying two heavy boxes and was dismayed to find the office closed (it had said on the website that it should be open). However, I don't think that's the delivery office's fault as on the door it says closes at 9:00 on a Monday. I was shattered but noticed a man working in the office. He very kindly took my parcels in. Thank you!

I only gave it a 1 because 0 isn’t available. I was in Florida and asked my daughter to overnight 3 paperback books. He charged her $34. The books never arrived on thenext day. She did this on Friday. I’m now being told they will arrive on Monday. So, I guess overnight means 3 days. I talked to my daughter. She said the guy told her if she wanted guaranteed overnight it would cost $124. Absolutely ridiculous. The books only cost me $32.
