Unfortunately these are awful. I don't know where the money goes, but it's clearly not into this. Contacted them about neighbour drug use, that it's affecting all houses on the terrace including houses with kids and vulnerable adults in them, and they're very likely growing weed in their home. First person just put the phone down on me while I was explaining the situation - as soon as I said weed, they put the phone down. Phoned back, and was told there's nothing they could do - so the environmental team can't do anything about a weed farm in a residence? They said I should phone the police but 'they have better things to do, like capturing murderers'...Useful.

Zero stars. I can only write regarding the empty, overgrown and ruinous property next door to me which is damaging my property. For almost two years WRS achieved nothing in getting the property cleared of overgrown gardens (jungle) self seeded trees or even get the falling roof slates fixed. The officer who came to do the site visit made constant negative comments even though the trees are causing my driveway to sink and there are gas and electric and sewers running under it which could be highly dangerous not to mention the falling roof slates which could hit someone. It seems to be neverending excuses as to why they couldn't do anything effective so the owner did nothing to sort it. They also won't apply the legislation for this type of issue. Section 215 Notices. Just constant negativity. I would be embarrassed to run an organisation as ineffectively as this. In the end I contacted the Empty Homes Team and now the owner is clearing the gardens and working to resolve the trees and roof with me. Hoorah for the Empty Homes Team at the Council !

Absolute shambles , they make taxi drivers wait weeks before booking in for tests then another few weeks before the plates are ready. No priority given if your vehicle is involved in an accident yet they are the 1st to take your money. Where is all the money going

Local councils are a law unto themselves especially since the pandemic. They are totally unreachable and can’t be bothered to police unlicensed vendors. I think it is way past time for these authoritarian overlords to understand clearly they are public servants foremost. Everyone who calls, emails or walks through the door is the public. Serve the people properly instead of yourselves. Stop making the public feel like servants or annoyances.

They’re not interested. I contacted regarding a noise issue we have with neighbours playing loud music. We just got a fob off email pointing to help pages. Seems too much effort to help us.

Sumeet Brahmbhatt confirmed that he or his colleague would be installing sound equipment at our property 11.01.21 at 13.00 nobody turned up and I was not notified of any cancellations, tried calling WRS but keep getting put on hold, not impressed.

Couldn't get through to anyone, all automated and have to fill in a request form on the internet, just jolly well rubbish. Absolutely disgusting with that service
