Friendly staff. Ramps instead of steep steps, not as horrifically busy as some of the others. Would recommend.

Easy access, all bins well signposted and helpful staff. Been here half a dozen times and I'm always in and out with no fuss and at most, a two minute wait for a parking spot.

Been using this tip for donkeys years but after my recent visit today I feel I must post.
There were two unfamiliar staff members who went out of their way to help people by taking large items of rubbish from visitors cars and into the skips, particularly from the elderly and from those who were obviously struggling. They were very pleasant and eager to help in anyway.
This was a refreshing change as my experience here has been the staff standing and directing rather than assisting, irrespective of the struggles.
Credit to the two gentleman involved and thankyou.

Would not even give this a 1 star. Racially profiled today, asking if we have a permit, no one else was asked. We have properties over the area. Do better.

I'm 72 year old went to tip with some large sacks of carpet and undelay and pooffie ,there was one more car there one man helped her empty her car the other one took the pooffie never came back was on his phone and I dragged the bags up the ramps myself not impressed at all

Can't fault the facilities and the staff here although I'm wondering why I'm paying £2000 a year in council tax when I'm having to empty my own bins? Watched the bin men this morning open up my green bin and even though its packed with grass cuttings (because its not been emptied for ages) close it back up and leave it - Again! 🤬
I don't think I've ever called upon the Police nor Fire Service - And what the fcuk is adult social care all about? Why should I fund that and any other council quango service that I don't benefit from
