First time visiting and from the moment I arrived Zoe advised due to the weather being hot I could stay in my car whiles she finished
dealing with another customer before me.
Zoe is very bubbly makes you feel very comfortable she explains what she can accept and enjoys knowing more about yourself rather then just seeing you as a customer who is dropping off clothes.

She made my first time so pleasant that I will return and suggest others to come if need be.

Zoe customer service and patience is 10/10 haven’t seen this type of customer service in a while and I don’t usually write reviews but Zoe deserves it.
