Awful experience. The woman was very rude. We took 3 huge black bags of stuff. Most brand new with tags. Brand new baby clothes and blankets etc. after 20 minutes of her filtering through each item and telling us things like new baby blankets aren't worth taking, this is what we ended up with!!! £3.40. what an absolute waste of time! I know for future to just take items straight to the charity shop. Atleast you get more respect.

Such great way to get rid of clothes no one needs. It was our first time bringing items to them but the lady that worked there today was so lovely and explained how everything works. Will bring more otems to them soon!

Took some bits here today and alot was given back had some trainer's that were pretty much unworn but refused. The lady said it needs to be immaculate condition, who's giving away or selling for pennies immaculate condition clothes and shoes when u could sell on app based selling sites and make more. Would I recommend no, they are way to picky

Visited this weekend and was disappointed to find it closed on Saturdays and Sundays for the forseeable future. Contrary to the replies from the business to a couple of other reviews with the same issue the hours are not updated on their website as shown in screenshots and also not updated on the google hours.

Not open on time, it said they open at 9:30am but not open until 10.
The lady who work there is too chatty when you got a long queue waiting outside, not considerate,
Not worth to queuing up outside for 50 minutes just for a couple of quid.
