Just wanted to thank Peter and David from the centre yesterday after I accidentally dropped my keys in the skip.
They were both so kind and helpful and managed to retrieve them with the aid of poles and a magnet.
Huge thanks to you both for saving the day.

Visited site today to get rid of green waste.
Unfortunately when got home realized I couldn't find my car house keys .after looking everywhere for them the only place I could think of was the recycling centre I had visited earlier
Tried ringing but no one answering but those guys busy so totally understand
Decided to go back to site hoping someone had handed them in
Spoke to very helpful guy at entrance who asked his colleagues on radio if anyone had had keys handled in.
Someone had phew!
Massive thankyou to Steve and all his colleagues for being so helpful and showing true customer service.

Was turned away as I had palettes that I had removed from a construction in my garden. They were not red or blue, so should have been ok but I was turned away and told to fill out another form. No idea where to find these forms, nothing clear on the website about this.

Easy to use online booking. Showed up ten minutes early and the guy at the entrance couldn’t have been any nicer. Genuinely friendly and professional. Well sign posted areas for where I needed to go and was done and dusted in no time. Very impressed with how smoothly it all works.
