Absolute disgrace of a company since they have been bought out. Lucky to get a 2 star only for the drivers doing their job correctly.

Administration and accounts have not got a clue what they are doing. Constantly treated poorly by staff. It’s a disgrace, oh and we are tied into a contact because it wasn't within their 2 month window.

Id advise avoiding at all cost.

Please beware of this skip hire company we have had nothing but problems...happy to take our money but not happy to help their customers!
When we ordered the skip payment was taken over the phone and at the time of ordering no stipulations regarding length of hire was given...three weeks later I received a call from a very rude customer service guy stating the skip was due to be collected! I explained no terms of hire had been given to us and we would be in touch when we were ready for the skip to be collected due to work being carried out on our house.
Today I have received a voice message from the company informing me the skip is being collected when it is half full and not even finished with! As a result my husband contacted the skip hire company and spoke to the very rude customer service guy to see if there was any manoeuvre with the collection date because works on our house had still not been complete, the very rude customer service guy said there was no manoeuvre because he had spoke to myself on three occasions regarding collection which is a blatant lie!!!
We certainly won’t be using this company again nor recommending it to anyone we know!!! Beware!!!!

Never ever ever use this company.
A day and half late to deliver after several phone calls asking we are you !.
Then 3/4 of a day early ,took the skip away behind my back with permit still left and nowhere near full.
When I called to for an explanation was passed on to a jobs worth called Lee, Lee is very rude and annoying .
No wonder this firm only scores 2 stars to be honest I wouldn't give it 1star only that I had to so I could leave this review.
Go somewhere else lads #### this firm off.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Absolute con artists!!

Drivers on delivery say call us when your ready and they come and collect the skips without warning and try and use T&Cs on website as a get out clause for anything.

Who ever Lee is in the office is a liar - took an empty skip away and wouldn’t even offer to let us pay for an extension in time to fill it!!

S*** house company - Customer service is Appalling!!

I would give this company 0 stars if I could.

Rang to extend my skip hire, was told it was fine and to just ring up when collection was needed. The skip has been collected today without me knowing and it was still needed. Dont used this company!!!

Do not use this company. They did not collect our bin for over 4 months during COVID-19 lock down and still charged us every single week. when questioned their response was there is nothing in their contract for COVID-19 so they are still entitled to the money. customer service is disgraceful. attitude from staff. and once signed up you cant get out of your contract. steer very clear of this company.

Skip delivered early, driver was very courteous,
Collected skip 1 week late as expected....No issues.
Would definitely use this skip hire again.
