I checked online, for the least busy time, turned up and asked where to put my junk, was directed to the appropriate skip (all skips arranged so it's easy to put in) did the deed and was gone.

Read through reviews. Obviously not my experience. Staff generally unhelpful and either disappear or turn up to humiliate.
Refuse to help with certain items even tho wearing full protective clothing, because they’re not ‘allowed to’
In that case needs to be publicly signed. Awful place!!

I had to visit 2 days in a row. Excellent atmosphere on both occasions and very helpful staff. Highly recommended - I didn't even have to ask for help, staff saw me struggling and helped. I am very impressed. 5 stars to all members of staff and thank you for your help.

Most of the time it's quite good with helpful staff. Today I had to carry heavy garden rubbish from one end of the site to the other with no offer of help.
While I was in the queue a staff member got dining chairs out of the boot of a car while the driver sat in it, then car drove off without driver even having to get out of the car.

Staff were great, super helpful always available or around. They layout of the site is hopeless. It means that there is a constant traffic jam. I will avoid using this site in future in favour or Dorchester or Bridport where the layouts are significantly better.

Very poor service by site manager and asisstant. Reason is he/ they change rules and prices to suit themselves without prior notice. I am a registered trade person but the manager and co does not treat all trades people with the same rules. WHY

very helpful staff. Good around. Only comment and it's not a complaint but it is to suggest they have an up cycle area. items perfectly re-usable. let someone have them for say £2 each which would go to charity.
