Rude and and unprofessional men. They were argumentative and complained the whole time. We were misled by the two hour time slot we paid extra for - it actually means they arrive at any time within those two hours and spend half an hour there. Before the collection we sent them a description of our rubbish which was mostly wood, yet they were surprised and annoyed when they arrived. The 7 yards we booked was no where near the amount you could fit in a 7 yard skip, you only get a small section of the van. Even if there has been a misunderstanding there was no need to be so rude and unprofessional about it. Definitely not worth £270.

Very early before the start time but this was to our advantage so we thanked them. Two very hard working and pleasant guys. Super communication from this company and we would definitely use them again .
We had a King Size mattress and divan removed from a first floor bedroom.

Brilliant service - very easy to book. Fantastic and easy to understand website so that I knew which service I needed. Excellent communications, turned up and did the job quickly, politely and professionally. I wanted to know that my waste was being removed properly and wasn't going to be fly tipped somewhere. I'd rather use a professional company who may cost slightly more but you get what you pay for - a professional legal service. Highly recommend and will use again - thank you!!

Lee and Rem turned up and within 20 mins they had cleared my garden and filled a 22 yard to the brim.they were very professional ,very clean and tidy, very helpful, friendly and kept us up to date with what they were doing and what they had done. it's the 2nd time I've used this company and would recommend to anyone they're easy to book with and it takes only a matter of minutes and have a wide verity of skips and vans at very reasonable prises

I booked them on Monday for a Friday pick up of furniture and the whole process was very easy. I had forgotten to add a small desk to my pick up order but when I phoned the number the man I spoke to could not have been more helpful. The pick up today was quick, courteous and professional. No complaints whatsoever.

Tailored to my needs, great customer service -thanks to Helen and the rest of the team. Communication good between office and drivers. Job carefully done despite difficult to handle/large objects up the cellar steps. Made it look easy. All my junk gone in a flash!! The cellar looks amazing.
