Called by phone to inquire to find my future car. As soon as they answered they did it with a lazy attitude. After 3 questions I felt this wasn't the place to do business with. They are not willing to help

Amazing service that excels in every way possible. This is a family run business that pride themselves in making sure the customer’s needs come first. From start to finish I was looked after and updated regularly before I received my new car. I advised them of my needs in a car and price range. I decided to look at two of the cars. I need to feel comfortable in a car. If a car doesn't fit it’s not for me and the last thing you need is someone pestering you while you are checking the car out. It was so pleasant to be left in peace and to do this at my own pace. The two car's I saw were really great, I couldn't decide. There were staff nearby who answered my questions. I took a test drive of the car that I thought was best for me right there. I traded in my old car and I already had pre-approved finance but these guys dealt with the finance firm for me to make it a lot simpler. I believe I got a great deal. This family company saw me as a person not as a sale. Thanks!

Fantastic Service!! Bit hesitant after reading some of these reviews, but after exchanging my old car (got a little more than expected) for a brand new one I haven't had any issues. I even drove a few mile and the service light popped on, they took it back and serviced it for me. I'll probably be back in a few years for another car. Morale of the story make your own decision and go for a chat with them and see what they can do for you. Got more for my old car than I thought, a service, fast turnaround (only took 2 hours from start to finish) and the cars mint (best one I've had).

Called in while over in Yorkshire for a weekend after seeing a car on Autotrader. Karl and the staff were extremely helpful, giving me plenty of time and space to look round the vehicle without any hassle. I asked about having a drive and they facilitated that there and then. Got back and agreed a deal that I was happy with without any hassle whatsoever and I left a deposit. The car had an ABS light on and a slight knocking on the suspension, both of which were taken care of during the MOT and Karl was great about keeping me informed. He arranged delivery for me, all of which was done to fit around me. The car arrived as promised, valeted and with all documentation. No surprise costs or anything like that – I paid exactly what we shook hands on and got a spotless car. Cannot fault Karl and the team at all – it’s rare to find such a good level of customer service, especially in the second hand car business. Highly recommended.

I bought my Jeep from Karl at Yorkshire Car Centre. Is was a very smooth, friendly transaction with no hard sell. It came with 12 months MOT and I was very happy with the service I received. Three weeks on the Jeep developed a few problems that hadn't shown up in the MOT. There were no questions asked the car was taken straight back in and a courtesy car provided. All problems completely dealt with and a shiny clean car was waiting for me. The team at Yorkshire Car Centre went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and even gave me a couple of extras for my inconvenience. I am always a little apprehensive when buying a car from a dealer but with this one you WILL have complete satisfaction. Thanks again 🙂

I have just bought my 3rd car from Yorkshire Car Cente and still can't fault them one bit. They offer excellent customer service without bugging & harassing you. Every car I have bought has been brilliant value for money. I have bought from the 'Bigger' mainstream garages but not a patch on this great family run business. Thanks YTCC!
