We bought some quarry tiles. Owners very helpful with advice and our follow-up queries about how to lay them; tiles delivered promptly and for free; our floor looks fantastic. I'd recommend highly.

Absolutely awful customer service - when I called to ask if I could have a metal garden ornament I’d bought from there repaired (a large feather that didn’t last 6 months) I was told it was my fault for leaving it out in the garden (!) and “didn’t I have any common sense” before the owner slammed the phone down on me. I wasn’t even asking for a refund - just advice on a repair. I have bought a number of items from here in the past but now won’t go near the place after such a rude experience.

Amazingly knowledgeable and hugely helpful. We bought some Georgian garden edges and a stone trough - that were delivered foc! Will be back to find some more amazing items.

Went for an old stone bench, had several to choose from Delivery service available Take time to stand still and look round, so much more shows up after 3-4 walks round Lovely service
