Absolutely impeccable service! I sent an email enquiring about selling my late Father’s cars and had a reply back within minutes to notify me that they’d be there to look at the cars the next day. When my car unexpectedly suffered engine failure I was let with no option but to send it to scrap/salvage. My local garage recommended that Yorkshire Vehicle Buyers would probably give me the best price but I sent out enquiries to everyone I could find anyway and was inundated with offers. YVB were the only company who took enough interest to ask more questions and ended up giving me over 50% more than the next best offer. Obviously every case is different but I was extremely pleased with that outcome which took a lot of the sting out of a bad situation (and it also increased my trust in my local garage!). Car was picked up within a couple of hours which also helped me draw a line under the whole situation.

Found Yorkshire Vehicle Buyers online and contacted them after reading their positive reviews. Really fantastic company to deal with. Phoned at 10.30am, they came to look at the vehicle at 11.30am the same day and the deal was complete by 12. All the paperwork was done online, made sure I had the DVLA email and the money had cleared before departing. Really friendly, respectful and straightforward to deal with. Old fashioned customer service done right! Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to sell a car without hassle.

Checked on line with the big firms including WeBuyAnyCar and Carwow. Preferred to deal with someone local so gave YCB a ring on the off chance. Adrian came out to have a look at the car. Made a reasonable offer and would have taken the car immediately.
I asked for a few days to keep the vehicle whilst waiting delivery of my new vehicle.
He was very amenable and agreed. Collected the car the following week and the money was in my account before the driver arrived.
Completely stress free experience and would gladly recommend.

Had a scrap car I wanted rid off. Tried another company first but didn’t go very well wanted to take the car before agreeing a price. Rang Yorkshire vehicle buyers and they were very professional. Had an issue with the V5 that they sorted and gave me sound advice from the DVLA. Within an hour Adrian was at my house and made the whole process a breeze. A++++ Wow… what can I say. I contacted 8 local vehicle collection companies, and nobody seems to help you out there. Different story with “Yorkshire Vehicle Buyers” Their response was instant.

Adrian made my day….. so helpful. Collected the car within a few hours and paid straight to my bank. What more can you ask for. 1st class service from start to finish.
