An organisation that essentially does nothing to help or promote recycling, called up to ask for advice as my local area has 0 recycling facilities and their response was 'there's nothing we can do, nothing we will do, ask your council' despite the fact I'd already told them I'd contacted my council. They didn't know any legislation that would help me get recycling facilities, they didn't care about what area I was in and didn't even suggest they'd try promote further recycling in my area. After asking them what their organisation ACTUALLY did for people the response was 'we work with councils to help reduce waste' but after I said 'why can't you talk to my council then?' they told me that was my job not their job? So you just told me you're whole organisation exists just to talk to councils but refuse to talk to my council? 🙄🤔 Makes 0 sense, very useless

Driving round on google maps and seen a MASSIVE delivery of single use plastic cartons of milk in the doorway 😂 quite apt for a zero waste company funded by tax. I suggest glass and alu foil lid next time that will help towards the 0 waste goal 😂
