Honestly outstanding guys at 1st Call Car Parts. Had an issue with the back windscreen wiper, they got one ordered for me next day. Wasn't able to fit it as it was a bit more difficult than anticipated, which was fine, absolutely get that. Then realised the water wouldn't work, so back I went and bless them they spent ages looking as to why and turns out I was missing the washer to help direct the water. They showed me where I could find the right one. They are an absolute credit! I highly recommend and thank you again you were all great. 😀 👍🏻

Received a part that wasn't new and missing parts ,,, some one obviously returned there old part ! I have no car to drive and exchange as in bits ,, and 1st call wouldn't send a van literally 2 minutes (1.6 miles) up the road to exchange it for an actual new one ,,, but will drive to gorleston and yarmouth numerous times a day , , spend 100s with 1st call ,,, not any more ,,, wish I could post a picture of the part I got ! Wasn't even the brand name that was on the box ,, no quality control and not effort to look after there customers unless your a business spending thousands with them ,,, appalled at receiving an old part and no effort to help rectify the situation , got offered an exchange if I went to collect ! How can I,, my car is in bits trying to install a new part that turned out wasn't new and missing seals !! Shame on you 1st call ! Would of took one of your vans literally 2 mins to sort this situation out,,, but refused

Friendly and helpful service, coupled with reasonable prices. Most parts needed have either been in stock or next day. Much better than other motorfactors in the area. Easy to recommend!

Much more affordable than other places. Have called a few times and they've had the part delivered in in the same day (Before 12:30 I think is the cut off). Friendly staff, presentable gaff. Good all round

After searching unsuccessfully on the internet for an oil filter, took the old one into 1st Call, where it was identified and a replacement found and supplied within minutes. First class service. With knowledgeable staff.

Fantastically helpful and knowledgeable staff ... Great to chat to and obsessed with delivering best service. Parts quality is incredible while prices are more than reasonable ...only had one defective part in years (manufacturers fault) ... Rob there dealt with it and went far above what I would expect for an excellent result. Can't recommend them highly enough!
