I have just gutted my house for renovations and LM metals collected all the metals. I was so happy with the quick and friendly service. Having called several scrap metal companies and not had calls returned and people not turning up when they had promised, I came across NRM on Google. Spoke to a young lady on the phone, seemed nice when I requested a quote. On the next day when I called to confirm that I'll accept the offer, I spoke to the same person due to her remembering my reg. From that point I think I was miss heard because of her reaction. Can only suggest be prepared for a childish response.

(It was 3yrs ago, but I remember the childish response was like "Go somewhere else I don't have time to deal with your call")
