I bought a secondhand bicycle today. The staff worked hard to find the right bike for, listening to what I said and then finding a bike that would be match my requirements. When I finally made a decision, my bike was adjusted so that the height of the saddle / handlebars was perfect for me. The service could not have been better. Highly recommended if you want a repair or a secondhand bike.

I'm disabled however was taking my sons bike down for a repair, service was brilliant from getting the bike in and out of the car to a speedy repair and a good price. After buying both my sons bikes here, the warranty, and subsequent repairs after warranty period (you know what boys are like!) I can't recommend them highly enough.
We actually drive my children's bikes past at least 2 repair shops to use this store (I assume i can't name names!).

The guys at recycle are the best....always willing and able to sort out and mend any cycle problems. The team has so much expertise. They also give good advice without pressure to buy. Highly recommend!

I called in today with my 12 year old who wanted a new bike. He chose one and as we were about to do the paperwork Luke asked me a few questions about why we had chosen it. Fast forward 5 minutes and we are buying a totally different bike that was ready to take home straight away that was more suited to his needs rather than his favourite colour. Fantastic customer service from everybody in the shop today on a very busy Saturday, it meant I had one very happy child on the way home. I think the rest of my family might be visiting soon.

Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive and kind staff who couldn't do enough for me. I needed a 3 wheeler for my son and the staff found one and messaged me, took photos and then did a speedy and thorough service so that we could ride it away.
I love the idea of the student buy back service.

My daughter purchased a bike for Uni this morning to get around York. Excellent service and advice. Nothing was too much trouble. Staff were easy to talk to and allowed you the time to look around to find a bike that suited you and your budget. They even put a package together for my daughter and gave her discount on her helmet, lights and bike lock. Fantastic shopping experience all round.

Just visited Recycle for the first time to get a new bike for my 4 year old son. Luke was really helpful and patient with my son who wanted to try out nearly every bike in the shop! Had a legend called Mason fix my bike for me. Needed an easy release replacing on my bike wheel and got it done quickly and solidly. The wheel is back on and running smoothly. Would deffo recommend going there for any repairs, super convenient being in the center of town too!
