Saltlands Recycling Centre as this place is otherwise known, has a bunch of hardworking, people all doing their best to help us put our 'rubbish' in the right places.

It's not an easy job. Every night going home dirty because of us....

Today I came near closing time and the place was looking really smart!
They'd done a great job in tidying up at the end of the day.
Thank you for making recycling easier for the rest of us.

A poorly laid out facility with unhelpful staff. On todays vist one member of staff was particulary rude and unhelpful. The location is terrible unless you live along the NDR. Also expect long queues when you arrive after negotiating plenty of traffic (and temporary traffic lights) around town before you get there. I accept that location and traffic is not the fault of Biffa Recycling however; poor customer service and how the facility operates is.
This is my own personal opinion based on a recent and previous visits, but I would be reluctant to use this facility again.

Been there many times. Staff are usually helpful but the centre is so badly laid out and far too small and inadequate for local needs. You have vehicles passing each other and pedestrians at dangerous proximity, it's a dangerous place.
Not at all adequate!

Good sized recycling centre accepting most items, one way system in place, can be very long queues at peak times so try to avoid them!

Staff are always friendly and helpful, they assisted me with a heavy item from the boot of my car.

Plenty of bays to park in ideally situated next to the waste collection skips.
