Service was excellent. I rang on Tuesday to sell my car (failed MOT) and they collected it the following day at 8am. The office staff kept me informed about the schedule and the driver was efficient and polite. Great value. Highly recommended. Dr Philip Koomen, Oxford.

I called this company and finally found a part for my partner's car we had been looking for for ages. I paid and they said they would send it out the next day. The next day I received a voicemail asking to them phone back. I phoned back to find the item I had ordered was damaged and fixed on using cable ties; do I still want it? Well no of course I don't! They then offered me a refund and apparently couldn't refund me through the system and wanted my card details again - this sounds extremely dodgy. I refused to give them as no company needs the long number to refund me. A manager 'couldn't be found' to speak to and the person on the phone Lee White began to have a real attitude when speaking to me. I have requested a cheque be sent to me as this is apparently the only other option of refund. What a joke and I will steer clear of them next time.

I bought the car from them on auction.After purchasing they say next on wensday will be delivered. I wait all day ,no delivery. Next day I make call and they say car was delivered but where ,they can't answer.Driver unload the car with documents on driveway house nr8 but I live under 22.On delivery note was house nr 22!!! They are blind and lay.Not recomended

I needed a car for my self and my disabled daughter. I found a car on Asm's website. The mileage described in the advert started 18249 after Mot learnt it was 39832. A huge difference in mileage. From experts advise they saying the mileage has been set back. I went back to Asm with this information and they refused to assist me. I asked for a refund which they also refused.

Bought a car from ASM at online action.
Very unproffesional and not fair company.
Car wasnt as discribed. Car Hardy starter and when starter didnt run as should that wasnt in the discription as it sayed start and drive and no problem has been pointed by asm
Spoken to manager and told him about the problem no help offered. Hidden faults not accurate discription
I reffused to purchase the car.
