The staff were unable to assist disabled customers at all as they all seem to be injured themselves. Apparently the council don't pay sick pay so they can't afford to injure themselves assisting disabled customers they just advise you to manage as best you can!!! This is a disgusting way to treat staff and customers.

I use it a lot. Good place, everything clearly sign posted. Much easier since you have to book your slot. No more queueing all the way back to the roundabout!

Amazing friendly staff. So helpful . I would not have managed the steps with heavy items
Nothing is too much trouble and all run efficiently with the minimum of noise and hassle

Have been there a number of times including today. Staff have always been great and today the chap manning the entrance was telling people different jokes as they drove in. ?

A big thank you to all the staff working Sunday morning 17 March. Very helpful advice on arrival from pleasant lady who gave us clear info on what goes where etc. And a big thank you to the gentleman who assisted us disposing of a very large heavy wet footstool. All done with a smile on a wet dreary morning - I hope you enjoyed the cakes

Highly recommended! The staff is incredibly friendly, and since they introduced pre-booking in March 2023, it's become even more efficient. They've got everything well organised, and simplicity is key. My top tip: Have a screenshot of your booking and have your ID ready before entering to avoid any queueing hassles.

Despite multiple empty bays, the staff kept picking on me for delaying my move by a few minutes despite me still being within the 15 minute slot. Rude, abusive and threatening behaviour. Also made false accusations. Seem to be power drunk. Doesn't seem to be a safe space it used to be. Never felt like this before in the last 11 years I have been there. Where are the lovely and friendly staff that used to be there? Ladies always have someone with you and a phone to record their behaviour.I was bullied and subjected to this quite threatening behaviour on 22/09/[email protected]. I stood my ground and faced it.
