Superior service. Phoned up on Thursday to enquire whether LK had a door panel for my Mini, was told they did have a part and I was able to look at it the same day. Got my car booked in the next morning and the work was completed on the same day. Very fair pricing, excellent customer service, John has been a pleasure to deal with. Should I need parts in the future, I will only be coming to LK Spares, and I would recommend this shop to any driver looking for quality parts and top service.

I have been using LK Spares for about 15 years. The service has been impeccable. The staff are always happy to help and always willing to go the extra mile to provide an excellent level of customer service. The price's for parts and repairs are very competitive compared to main dealer and they are my first point of contact for any BMW related issues, whether it's for spare parts, car servicing, diagnostics and repairs. They also supply used parts (if you were looking to save money on repairs) and I can say the parts supplied has always been excellent

Randomly have been reading the Google reviews on BMS - LK Spares

You couldn't and wouldn't find a more reputable BMW used parts company in the whole of the U.K.

I have been using them for many years and wouldn't dream of using another company as the service there is so good and I know they will only send out top quality parts and fully tested.

They care about each individual sale they make and are a company that care about their reputation

They send out items same day up to 4pm and if they miss the post cut off they send first thing the following morning.

Postage is also very reasonable

I have never had a problem and if I did I know for a fact they would sort it out by either a refund or an exchange immediately
