Amazing service today to get me a new oil dip stick. Dealers were £55 plus but they made me a new one from spares for £10. The service was great and very polite. Would recommend them to everyone. Thank you 5th gear spares.

Was sold a faulty caliper and wouldn't get a refund as its "my fault" apparently? The brake caliper was siezed from the piston from the moment I bought it. Mysteriously, it's my fault.

I've had to waste my time and fuel to get a refund, which in the end I did.
The chap I spoke to, Mohammed, said that there is no after I complaint to say that it's a faulty caliper.

I know it's a scrap yard, but clearly they don't live upto their expectations as the quality of parts are left out I the rain to get corrosion and then being sold to members of public.

I was shouted at, spoken to in another language other than English (no idea what was said) and most importantly lied to. Heavly avoid this place.

I also needed a shocker leg which turn out to be completely wrong, even after giving my registration. Again, the person said its my fault for not clarifying what mark the vehicle is.

Are you a serious scrap yard? Might aswell pick pack your bags and call it a night because I got the correct parts from a scrap yard near by.

If a scrap yard sells a faulty component, by law they're obliged to a refund, repair or replace the parts.

Ordered a turbo for my car worth £200 and returned with the agreement of full refund and its been 4 weeks of calling him nonstop and the owner has told me that ill get the refund but ive not received anything. I done another review but he phoned me to say to remove then he will send the money but now hes no picking up the phone. Wouldn’t even give it one star because its too much.
