We had booked a 5 o'clock appointment on a Saturday. We arrived 5 minutes early, but were let in straight away and were allocated the bay closest to the wood, which was the one we needed. It all went very smoothly. The guys working there were friendly and helpful.

Social distancing measures have been abandoned. There's a system for booking a visit, but no one checked my registration number when I arrived (and I was five minutes early). All parking spaces are now in use again.

Staff were cheerful, friendly and helpful. The site was, as always, easy to use.
