I would like to give a MASSIVE shout out and acknowledgment to The Range (Evesham store) to their Home Decor staff member Wendy!
Wow where do I even begin!
Wendy went above and beyond to help me with a vision I wanted to create for my mini Christmas table and she managed to find everything I had on my list and more.

I had been to a few of The Range stores previously before looking in Evesham and there was a massive difference in how the home decor section looked.
It was well organised..well stocked..everything was in the correct spaces and made my shopping experience so amazing that I had to leave this review as I feel some retail staff members don’t get the recognition they deserve.
Wendy is SUCH an asset to your business and I will drive the extra distance just to shop at this store as I was beyond impressed! Thank-you Wendy and Thank-you to The Range Evesham! 10/10!

You walk into the shop via the exit door as the entrance doors aren't working, I presume they are getting them fixed at some point. Once in the store it's very difficult to manoeuvre as there is so much stuff in the aisle and as Christmas is coming up it appears to be more than ever. If you are in a wheelchair or pushing a pram it's a bit of an obstacle course. Always a long queue at the checkouts. With all said I can normally find what I want and the staff on the shop floor are always helpful and are more helpful than some other Range stores. Plenty of parking outside the superstore.

Picked up a mirror with a price below it of £34.99. Got to the till and they charged £39.99
Showed them where it was with the price but usual attitude of Range staff, TOUGH, that's the price. Got my money back

Store seemed fine, bit cramped and tricky to find what I wanted but got there eventually. There were queues for the tills but didn't have to wait long. Cashier was helpful.

The most confusing shop in the world!
The shop has little to no flow, couldn't find what I wanted without going down pretty much every aisle, staff were little to no help, big queue and staff slow to react.
Good point is the ample parking plus Greggs in the carpark

Good for getting what you need, but never no staff on tills on any day so u always have to wait. Not nice to go to.

Never try and return stuff here. Any issues, and you have only a WhatsApp link, which is no good if you dont have or use the App. This was one of the worst experiences in retail in many years.

In this particular store, I found the managers obstructive with very restrictive policies. I trust that this is a small representation.

This did not reflect on the WhatsApp group, but it says a lot with only that access for any problems. Avoid if possible.

came in today on a sunday and not great customer service at all the women serving on the till she had brown hair was very rude and seemed like she couldn’t be bothered to be there what so ever. when she was putting our items through two of them had no barcode which she huffed about and made us go and get the products which did and quite frankly this is not our responsibility or problem to sort and also did the same thing when we asked to use a student discount. very rude and unprofessional from her
