Amazing service tonight from these. Called out by the AA after they unfortunately couldn't assist with my breakdown. Colin was very quick to help and even though it was a difficult task to get on the trailer due to being almost immovable and in an awkward location, he was quick thinking and managed to make it work smoothly. Very friendly manner and very knowledgeable - big thanks to you all!

Called out the AA this afternoon and David arrived promptly within 30 minutes. He tackled a less than pleasant task, skillfully removing the issue from under the car. Despite the challenge, David remained thoroughly professional.

Got into an RTC tow driver was amazing. However the customer service onsite was disgusting rude staff, workers onsite made me feel uncomfortable and humiliated, rude comment towards the person who gave me a lift down also.

Never used this company before, but my daughter had broken down. I phoned them, friendly, polite and sent out a mobile mechanic. He was brilliant ( I think Chris Wicks), put my daughter at ease and fixed the issue. Thank you all so very much.

Broke down on the A19 yesterday and had to get recovered. Great service throughout. Unfortunately my car was not repairable roadside but they had a good look around it and gave me some ideas of what could be wrong. Turned up 20 minutes after the problem was reported and got me and my car back home. 10/10 service - would recommend. Very friendly and great customer service too, thank you!

Broke down on the A19 on Saturday night and a mechanic from Ron Perry was with us within 40 minutes. Both the Mechanic and the Recovery Driver who came to our assistance gave 1st class service throughout and I can only highly recommend.

Had colin from Ron Perry recovery out as my car wouldn’t start been having problems for a few months with it, in and out of garages they couldn’t find the problem he found the problem within seconds of opening the bonnet and quickly fixed it can thank him enough great service so quick to come out too
