I had a terrible experience with this scrap yard and would not recommend them to anyone. I called to inquire about a part, and they told me they had it in stock. I mentioned I’d call back if I decided to proceed, but they kept pestering me with calls, claiming they were near the vehicle and could take the part off right away. Feeling pressured, I reluctantly agreed and was asked to bank transfer the payment.

When I went to collect the part, they failed to provide the unique bolts required for it, which was incredibly inconvenient. Less than a week later, I decided to return the part and opt for a new one instead. However, when I called to arrange the return, they immediately refused, despite there being no stated returns policy on their website or any mention of a "no returns" rule when I made the purchase. I spoke to two different staff members (one wad the boss), and both were dismissive and unhelpful.

The customer service was appalling – they’re quick to take your money but completely unwilling to assist when issues arise. Avoid this place at all costs!

I have bought used Engine from them, when they selling me they where nice and they have send me the wrong one.
I have explained to them the engine they send where wrong one.
And I have send it back to them by Planet pallet and told didn’t receive the part even the Driver has pic there pard.
They Refused my money back more than ten day
I have speak with my bank and Breakerlinker
The most poor sellers I ever seen in life

Just like to say a really big thank you for all your help especially to Dave the tailgate now with my paint sprayer it did fit in the car back seat and we are extremely pleased with it condition great thank you. Great set of lads ! Always sort me out. Try them first before u go elsewhere. Professional and always try their best to help!! Had many bits from ACR over the years from doors to injectors. Always spot on 100% ! If there is a problem happy to sort out ! Remember you are buying second hand car parts its common sense to not expect brand new !

Excellent company to deal with.
David, who I personally dealt with, was very efficient , kind, courteous, articulate and very knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble trying to source parts. There was no problem returning a part that did not fit and I was refunded accordingly.
I would not hesitate to recommend using Altham Car Sales and David is a credit to their company. Thank you again.

Cannot recommend ACR enough. Sorted me right out with a part I needed, and even went out of their way to contact a garage to fit the part for me far cheaper than the garage I was using. Pat and Dave are top blokes.
