Order number 45671. Order placed Friday 24th May. Confirmation email timed at 10.34am. Next day delivery paid for and, as ordered before 12pm cut off, delivery should have been scheduled for Tuesday 28th May accounting for the bank holiday.
Fast forward to Tuesday 28th May and no contact from any courier so rang Anglo Agriparts who said item not yet despatched. The order was timed at 2.15pm and the website had sent the confirmation email unbeknown to the staff. We, a registered charity, are left with a broken down tractor which is in the way of a large delivery scheduled for tomorrow and now no part to complete the necessary repair until after the large delivery is due thanks to the failure of Anglo Agripart. We should have stuck with our regular suppliers. Lesson learned, we won't be using Anglo Agriparts again.
Update. It is now 30th May and we still don't have this order delivered. Apparently the parcel wasn't correctly addressed but trying to sort it with their courier FedEx is as bad as trying to resolve it with Anglo Agriparts!

Excellent service. The company is easy to contact. The price is very good. The part is perfect, very well packed. It arrived on the day specified by Agriparts , even during the current covid restrictions, and that was posted to France - only a few days. Now fitted it , works really well. I am delighted. First class service and with great products makes it the number 1 place to go for tractor parts. Cylinder head was delivered on Good Friday to the Glasgow are less than 24hrs after it had been ordered. Brilliant !!

I ordered various parts for a 1980s tractor. The parts were well available and were of excellent quality and very competitive in price.

Service and quality of parts supplied usually very good. Last order experience not so good!!. Could not identify the part either on line or in the catalogue so phoned to enquire and the person I spoke to said he'd get someone technical to phone me, no call or message received ! hence 4 stars.

Traded at Anglo Agriparts on Monday, 02.03.2020 in the morning and all spare parts received on Thursday, 05.03.2020 in Denmark. Fast, competent and fantastic service. Their homepage is also good, clear, efficient and really welcoming.
The only problem i had was that it doesn't write clearly enough about how many parts are included. Bought Main Bearings and Conrods Bearing, but since it says nothing about it is for one set or for a complete set for an engine and you usually don't trust the pictures as they are typically just for showing the parts, I bought 5 sets of Main Bearings and 4 sets of Conrod Bearings, which means I now have 16 sets of Conrods Bearings and 25 Main Bearings .... I think that's enough for just one engine😂😂

But of course, I would still definitely recommend this place🙌😎

Wonderful service and brilliant Customer Care, generally very satisfied although very occasionally the product supplied lets them down. Please don't take this as a complaint, and nothing supplied has ever had to be returned, just occasionally I have had to make things fit!
