Never had any issues friendly staff and never really had to wait.

This is a small recycling centre that is easy to access and use you do have to walk up ramps to the bins but they're not steep you can see that everything possible is recycled here and they have an area for most of what you'd get rid of from a home. I like that the bins are open so you don't have to slatpack every bit of cardboard

This is fine example of a waste and recycling centre with very helpful staff if you are struggling to carry materials to the skips. I want to mention Simon in particular as he has been so very kind and helpful to me in this regard.

I visit the tip a couple of times a month and got a good relationship with some of the staff.they are excellent in what they do also the health and safety at the tip is there number 1 priority.overhall 10outof 10 well done.ps I've worked in the recycling game for 24years and I've sat and studied the way the tip works.i wouldn't change a thing well done guys

There's quite a long queue these days. I think we waited 10-15 minutes. Half the parking bays are blocked off so people can socially distance (not that some people did and they weren't wearing masks either). Helpful staff

What a fantastic set of people working here. They really couldn’t be more helpful, everything is very organised and someone is constantly sweeping up to keep things tidy and prevent things getting in your cars tyres.

A member of staff was very rude to me. Told me I couldn't park where I was but no one was directing traffic. Didn't ask me what I had to get rid of or offer any assists. I Wanted to get rid of rubble which was heavy so I wanted to park as close at possible. Again no assistance and just scowled at me.
