Finding ASM to dispose of my old car was a wonderful discovery. They were recommended by my local garage and I have nothing but praise for the service they gave me: a simple online booking service, a friendly telephone follow up to give a date of collection, an extremely fair price offered, follow up messages to confirm collection, and 3 hour slot for collection, punctual collection by friendly driver, prompt deposit of agreed price in my bank account. ASM were brilliant throughout and I highly recommend them.

Had a blow out on m40. Tried 4 local tyre places running on rubber. Got here had part worn in stock and Kwik fit forgot to give me locking wheel nut back. My lucky day they had one in the back and sorted it. Cost me only £69 for a mercedes glc. Well pleased

I cannot recommend Richard at ASM auto recycling enough for the quick and efficient handling of everything to do with the pickup and removal of my car. Also to ‘Dave the Driver’ for his kind and helpful handling of the actual pickup. The handover of my much loved vehicle was made very simple and I was confident I was in good hands at all times. I would not hesitate to recommend ASM to anyone needing a similar service.

Very helpful on the phone, good customer service throughout my collection process. The company demonstrated great customer service which instilled confidence when buying second hand parts. The engine I picked up also has a 90 day warranty which I feel confident should the worse happen this company will honour.
Been caught out by other second hand places before, so I am more aware of rogue dismantle companies.

Brian was very understanding and apologetic about the situation with the driver and the mix-up with the window. He immediately arranged for the wrong window to be returned and ensured that the correct one would be sent out as soon as possible. Despite the initial frustration, I was pleased with how Brian handled the situation and resolved it quickly. Additionally, Rob, in parts, was amazing at sourcing the windows that I needed. His efforts made the whole process much smoother. Brian’s professionalism, along with Rob’s help, turned a frustrating experience into a positive one, and I would consider using ASM breakers again in the future because of their excellent customer service.

Picked up some parts and was met by the very helpful and happy Ryan at the desk who was only too happy to help. Needed a tyre also and craig was extremely helpful and spent some time with me to discuss my options. They went over and above the customer service level expected and I honestly cannot recommend these guys enough. Thanks again guys

Placed a phone knowledgable person couldn’t be more helpful . 2x Audi doors came prompt on time as described. Could not fault any of their service and Will recommend and use again. Other companies need to offer the same level of their customer experience. Well done to all
