This auction has blocked me from bidding on all auctions on easylive even after I have some history with easylive due to an issue with my bank declining my payment towards them. Why not ban me from only your auction when I have never missed a payment towards any other invoice yet I called the auction to let them know the issue and they have still banned me rather than re placing the item on auction again to be sold to someone else. This has totally ruined my experience with easylive and my experience with auctions in general why auction houses like these who don’t understand the circumstances can ban people from bidding at all auctions when the problem is only between them and the person.

Bought a Settee it was damp and smelly, loose at the joints and the upholstery was torn and damaged sadly they had no condition report or description and only one Photograph
I am so very disappointed with the purchase it is broken and it need of repair and not a mention of condition in the description
Also Bought a table and the leg was cracked
I am so dissatisfied with the rubbish I got
Avoid being disappointed! Check your stuff thoroughly before you bid and spend your money on broken things
without a honest and clear description on condition

I attended my first auction yesterday. I was dreading it, partner has been to loads so knew what he was doing. I loved it, came away with some nice items. The staff was great and the auctioneer said things clear and didnt rattle through like some I have seen on the television. Looking forward to viewing again Friday.

A very friendly and professional auction house. I'd mixed up my address and had the item been sent back (which it hadn't) they was going to repost it to me free of charge. Definitely worth checking out. Thank you for your service.

Really helpful people! They cleared my late mothers house completely in 2 days for an incredibly fair price. The also managed to raise a decent sum for me by selling some of the nicer bits through their auction. I was dreading this process as I live in Australia but Auction Keynes took care of everything, they even arranged the estate agent for me!

I have no clue why they auction while they do not send invoice to me if I won a lot or more. I do not know is it only me or there are others have the same issue. tried to contact them many many times .. but no reply I wish there is 0 stars I could have rated them as the customer service is below zero.. will not bid with them any more.

Wide and varied range of items are sold here.
The team are all friendly and answer most of the questions. If they don't know, they will tell you or contact the seller if needed.
Refreshments are good and fairly priced......with no commission! !
