A big shout out to all of the staff at Ysbyty Gwynedd for your outstanding care, professionalism given to our mum. Especially, Aran, Tegid, HDU, ITU, Theatres and Conwy, not forgetting the wider staff who are all crucial to keep the ship afloat and work with a smile on their faces. This is an experience of a relative.
Who's partner phoned for an ambulance at 1pm. The ambulance arrived 10 am the following day.
His partner was close to death. Could go into more detail. Feel not appropriate. This was nothing short of a disgrace.
