5 stars for the lovely lady Christine who helped me a lot today. What a lovely lady and a double thumbs up. People like Christine make any institution great. She was on duty to clear the waste in the Levenshulme Railway station area around 10am 25/4/2017 with her van!! Was a pleasure meeting you !

Exactly one year on I would add that the day Christine was off for two days and you could see the impact. The area was littered over the last 4 days and today when she’s back, we see that the area is all nice and clear again! Hats off to this wonderful lady! Top marks from all Levenshulme! Keep it going ! You’re such a lovely person!

Biffa staff and agency staff not treated equally. Wages too low for what you do. Since wages gone up in April they pay u lees so u earning the same amount anyway. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone and I no loads of people who said this worked their for a year

Not reliable at all. They do not turn up when they say and they do not seem to care that the general waste does not get picked up. Would not recommend to anyone

Not reliable, it always delays or not turning up to collect the waste, and it is not good for business user!!!
