Would actually give them zero stars if I could. Ever since they took over H&A Recycling their service is shocking. They never collect on the agreed day. We are trying to run a small business with rubbish piling up now 3 days over when it should of been collected. They just give the same old guff on the phone. ‘We’ve escalated it by email’ ‘The driver is definitely coming today’ etc etc.
Don’t use this company. Big company mentality no proper customer service.
The drivers drive on and off the park aggressively also.
Appalling service!

BIFFA have taken over from H&A and now the service is awful. BIFFA regularly do not turn up when requested so we have piles of rubbish built up when they turn up a week or more late. We did not get these issues when H&A ran the service. Choose another service provider if you can to avoid these issues. Clearly too big to provide a decent local service.

Appalling service - they cancel pre arranged calls at 6pm on the evening of the day, that it should have been collected.This is the 5th time this has happened in the last few months. Latest episode they cancelled on Friday at 6pm before a bank holiday. Had to move the rubbish myself and use colleagues recycling facilities - just what you want when you're trying to run a business. They have great advertising but certainly not interested in small businesses. Avoid at all costs. They don't deserve any stars but can't leave a review without giving one!

I have a public house and a friend has a restaurant both of us are cancelling our contracts with immediate effect after Biffa Waste fail to empty our bins on time! The worst service provider I have
ever experienced!
