DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE TO COLLECT WASTE. They send you emails saying cannot access waste due to vehicles and it’s your responsibility to make sure they have access. The vehicle was no where near my property infact a street away. They then said the driver couldn’t get the wagon past (council drivers do) been waiting for 5 call backs with complaints raised never had a single call back. They miss collections then say not in your area again til x date as we don’t cover your area all the time just had a call telling me they want to now collect the bins between 2pm and midnight around a resident’s area when we agreed 9 to 5 the same collection date I had. No managers seem to want to use common sense no one in Biffa has the power to just make a decision and then I’m told if I try and cancel they will charge me. They are charging me for not collecting and now trying to charge me for the incompetence of the drivers. JUST DO WHAT YOUR PAID TO DO ITS NOT HARD. AVOID SIGNING UP IF YOU ACTUALLY NEED YOUR WASTE COLLECTING

Apart from the odd time when there were driver shortages we have had very good service from Biffa. General waste and Dry mixed recycling are collected on time generally with no problems. Business Improvement Manager is very helpful and responses immediately to any issues.

Apart from some hiccups when there was a HGV driver shortage we have had very good service from Bioffa. General waste and hazardous waste are collected on time generally with no problems. Account manager is helpful and responsive and drivers are friendly and professional.

Been with Biffa for over 5 years. Brilliant service. Clearly as with any business there are hiccups, nothing a phone call to the account manager Scott Tingey can't resolve.

From collections through to accounts, the most unprofessional business I've ever dealt with. I have a year planner dedicated entirely to logging there services (and all the missed ones) and payments. Constant battle. If only Viridor were still operating instead of this lot.

The people at the trafford park branch are absolutely horrendous. I don’t know who employed them and how they work but they are incapable of completing a simple bin collection. Ever since Biffa bought out Viridor 90% of bin collections MISSED. This time they took the completely wrong bin and still decided to invoice me. Just tried to talk to customer service who said they can’t even get in contact with anyone here. Absolute state of a company. Needs fixing up urgently. Would not recommend this joke at ALL

Very unreliable
Bin collections are missed on regular basis. Most collections are delayed, customer service act in sometimes a very helpful way but with no results ever.
