They kept in touch with me for any delays, sent the right recovery vehicle first time, and offered their best price straight away.
The recovery driver was very professional at all times and handled my vehicle with care as tho’ it was his own vehicle.

Used Billy's to deliver my car up to dealership in Crosby Liverpool on trailer, collect my new car and drop it back to South London. Faultless service. Very long trip as did it on same day and held up on way back due to traffic, but they still got the car back to me before 10pm. Excellent reliable, trustworthy and cost effective and they are really nice guys too! Highly recommend them.

Had very good service from Billy's after getting stuck in Horsham last night. Arrived within the estimated time and took me and my car back home to Crawley. Would have been much longer if I'd waited for the RAC.

It's distressing and difficult when the car stops working. When the car is stuck on the drive and options seem limited and confusing. I spoke to Billy's and they immediately put my mind at ease and within the hour the car was delivered to my local garage.
Their people are super friendly. Their equipment state of the art and their service top class.
Nobody wants to breakdown but when you do, you want help from someone with good knowledge of cars and good local knowledge too.

Fella who transported my car absolute top marks to him very helpful and polite and chatty , circumstances changed as the car wouldn’t start and we ran into a couple problems getting it started but he didn’t mind at all and was more than happy to help getting it sorted . Definitely use these guys again couldn’t recommend enough !!
