Arrived here last minute on a Saturday, after getting lost. The guys welcome me in and I wasn't turned away, really friendly service considering they were closing up. Collected the part I ordered, nice quick service. They also helped with a quick fix on my bumper, which I really appreciated. Will definitely use them again if I need to and will recommend the company to others

Contacted Brentwood Auto Spares via facebook (recommended from a car group) received an out of hours message (which rarely happens and totally forgot to follow up ) they messaged with great news regarding the part I was looking for, very polite giving me all the information I needed with a link I could easily order from. After damage caused to my bonnet that was beyond repair, I contacted Brentwood Auto Spares and they couldn't be more helpful. Its nice to hear a friendly voice on the other end of a phone call, their customer service was impeccable.

Staff are friendly & helpful but the chap I spoke to clearly needs to book an appointment at specsavers as what he described on the phone was not what it was when I turned up! 2 hour round trip for nothing absolute time wasters.....

Beware scammers! they spoil and break your car, after which they find reasons and refuse to compensate 100% of the costs of restoring it, they will give 50% or 60% and say that’s enough! just avoid it, otherwise you will remain guilty and will still owe! I suffered from these scammers and plan to demand compensation through the court! I hope this company closes in the near future and all employees will be left without work! and the money they withheld and did not return in full will go to the treatment of their children and families!
