Generally a good company, but one of those companies where the rules of are the rules. I have had nearly £10,000 worth of skips from them most of which have not contained plasterboard but they still feel the need to charge an extra £60 because the last skip we had, had two bags of plasterboard! Petty and already quite expensive anyway for a Worcestershire!

We contacted them to see if they would provide a skip for our village fundraising event and they did without charge and also provided some items for our tombola to help raise money for the Fire Fighter Charity - Thank you so much for supporting your local community

I contacted 3 local skip companies for a quote for a 6yd builders skip, only 2 replied. The first reply received was from Budget Skips Evesham who replied same day and it was a Sunday when I had emailed the companies!

Not only were they the most competitive they were also the most helpful, professional and friendly too.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will certainly be using them again if I need a skip.

I don’t like giving only a two star review (so in upgraded it to three stars) because they did what was said on the tin… but this company really lacks any kind of organisation. They won’t give any indication of when the skip will arrive until just a few minutes before it actually arrives. And we waited a week for them to take it away after telling them it was ready to collect. They called us to tell us there was a BT van parked in the way to collect it so i asked the BT man to move his van for a minute only for them to dissapear. We then called them back and they said they’d be back later on in the day! There was no respect for other trades people’sv time. Perhaps I’m being over critical but it was just hard work! The plus side was rust every one of the girls that i spoke to in the phone were polite and i felt tried to help, but somewhere along the line this company really lacks organisation that probably needs addressing. One last thing, The skip they provided was not safe, The bottom of it was completely corroded and the steel was just peeling off. I realise it’s only an issue when you pick it up but if a skip had to have an mot it would fail!

It all started well… competitively priced skip hire, friendly service (until… see below), skip arrived promptly etc., however…

When I asked them to collect the skip they said it would be within 5 working days, which I was happy with. Unfortunately, however, they decided to collect the skip on the hottest day of the year (so far) and the driver failed to protect my tarmac drive. He put one of the lorry stabilisers on the drive with no plank (or protection) under the foot. Consequently, he left a foot square 1 inch deep indentation on the drive and merrily drove off.

When I contacted Budget all I got was a repeated statement ‘We do not take responsibility, it’s in the terms and conditions’… again and again. Even when I asked if they’d meet half way the response was the same. They said the drivers carry all sorts of bits and pieces to protect surfaces which they use at their discretion.

Even I had the nouse to put two large wooden posts on the drive for the skip to rest on. NOT HAPPY and would therefore not recommend them.

A family member recommended Budget Skips to us and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a lovely reliable company from delivery to collection with such an Amazing Quick Service! They are all very friendly, professional and informative! Lovely to hear they recycle so much of the waste! Will definitely be using them for there soil in the Summer! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Just to say, I absolutely love this skip company, they are exceptional with their customer care and it is a huge relief to know they recycle much of the contents of the skip meaning far less goes into landfill. I would highly recommend Budget Waste Management
