After being let down and ignored by Joey Somerville, Carlos pulled through and collected my scrap car from Folkestone with no drama and no messing around, said he would be there at a certain time, turned up on the dot, sorted the paperwork within two minutes and off he went, job done, not hard is it? Top guy, just what I needed after being messed around by people only wanting the most profitable of jobs and just palming off and ignoring job requests that they couldn't be bothered with after promising to do them.
Will always be turning to CSM for any future scrap needs now.
