My grey bin wasn't emptied yesterday. Called Clean and Green this morning (they answered within a minute) spoke to a very helpful lady. They have been out to empty it already. Great service, very efficient.

Absolutely useless a waste of my council tax money. Reported a very large highway obstruction around the base of a tree. Outside my house which is on a very dangerous road, on a bend.
Also having a few near misses because of the speeding vehicle's.
No speed ramps in my road either.
To be told that nothing will be done and for another 6 weeks.
Didn't even ask my address !!.

If it was up to me I’d gladly rate them 0 stars. This is the 3rd time now in 6 weeks that they haven’t emptied our green bins they haven’t put any labels on to say why they haven’t been emptied, we rang them up to find out why they haven’t emptied the bins the 1st time they used the excuse that the bins weren’t put out on time which isn’t true because they were put out the afternoon before and when we’ve rang the other times they say that they can’t do anything about it. Absolutely dreadful service.

Keep putting our communal bin back with lid shut....so all the rubbish put down chute in these flats cannot fall into bin...all over floor...

I have been picking litter voluntarily for Walsall Council for several year, the problem is to have the bags collected by the Council, I have to ring more than once for them to come. This time, I have rung them twice and I am still waiting for someone to come and collect the bags.I really think that it is not worth the time and effort I put in!

6 weeks and not emptied the bins no note on bin and claimed we were in the wrong every time even though no proof was provided absolutely shocking service and cannsee from all the other reviews that everyone else thinks the same but don't want to do anything about the situation this is reason why people leave there waste everywhere and no that shouldn't be the case

I needed to report medical waste collection reported over a week ago still no contact back yet. Everytime you call you have to wait an hour for someone to tell you there's no department number for you to contact direct. Then they say they will get someone to phone you back absolute joke

No one collects
In hold for over 30 mins to enquire.
