Don't know how this skip company gets a good review. Our experience is like so many. Can get a skip just can't get it collected.
We are still waiting our skip now has a name and we are picking christmas lights for it.

Really poor & unreliable, will not ever use again. Skip booked & paid for, for delivery on Friday, no skip arrived, tried calling Friday afternoon, no answer. Tried calling Saturday morning, as their website states they are open, no answer. Finally get to speak to someone on Monday to be told ‘oh yes the driver was off on Friday’, & ‘we don’t open Saturday’s I’ll try & get a skip out this week’. So when were you going to inform us of this? You took the money & emailed to confirm delivery for the Friday. I had workers booked in for the weekend, for a job they couldn’t do because Coopers failed to deliver the skip or advise us that they couldn’t deliver the skip. This has cost us in both time & money. Very disappointing service & quite honestly they couldn’t care less. Offered nothing to rectify the situation & we now have a battle on to get refunded. Please do not use!

Absolutely incredible service from Becky and Richard on Thursday 25th August.
We had a skip booked with a different company for our wedding festival weekender, who at 4.30pm the day before delivery, told us "they no longer delivered to our area".
I called Coopers and spoke to Becky who insisted she was going to find a solution and get a skip to us the following day, even though they were short on drivers and it was the bank holiday weekend.
Surely enough, the skip arrived at 8.30am the following morning and was promptly collected after the weekend.
Can't thank Becky and Richard enough for staying on to sort out our issue, which another company had left us in in the first place!
Top customer service and will definitely be using them in future.

My sister had recently hired a builders skip for her property to have a house clear out.we had been told after that they couldn’t pick up the skip as we had put in a couple of mattresses in there so we had to remove them.It should be more clearly advertised that you cannot put items like that in there.we paid over £300 and so was quite annoyed that we ended up having to take the mattresses to the tip instead!Also the pick up was a nightmare.Had to keep calling them to pick up the skip as they didn’t turn up when they said they were going to.I will never use this company again.its a shambles!

Fantastic service especially during this period of upheaval for everyone.
Booked my skip and it arrived within the hour. Driver was friendly, courteous and aware of distancing.
The person that dealt with my request online was also friendly, knowledgeable and responsive of my messages. Fantastic service and also about £10 cheaper than other waste management services in the area. Would highly recommend
