There were 2 Boxster tonneau covers on eBay, I ordered the £70 one and they send me the £40 that they had advertised. (Photos of sent item didnt matcj advertised ones or the description). Alerted them and I did get an apologetic phone call. The only solution would have meant that I needed to take a day off work to swap them over but I earn more than £100 per day( cost of cover and postage was £100) so this would have seen me further out of pocket. In the end I spent £100 on an item I didn't want and still have unused. Mistakes happen. Months later they still had the £40 item adverised with photos of the one that I recenced. . Someone else got a bargain when that sold.
On further queries regards another item, I mentioned this again with zero interest in what had gone wrong.
I have used them via a 3rd party and all was great but be weary if a problem arises, you're on your own.

This was over a year ago and missed the missed the chance to rate them.on Ebay .

About as unhelpful as you can get. Drove 120 miles to be greeted by someone who wouldn't lock a gate to serve me. Unable to do anything whilst the other two were on a collection. I came with tools if I needed ro remove parts from the car, as at every other breakers yard I've been to in 25 years but told no. Told to submit a list on ebay but unlikely as ive not received a response to three enquiries ive made so far from them. Came with £500 in cash and a list of bits I needed and left without spending a penny, total waste of time. Incredible how some people manage to feed themselves in all honesty.

Bought a Boxster front wheel carrier from their website. Service was excellent - they called to make sure I had ordered the correct part variant (turns out I had not), then they sent out the correct part and it arrived next day. Packaging was excellent and the part fits and works fine. Superb.

My husband bought a steering rack from this company via Ebay. He was confident from all the totally impartial advice provided in response to questions via email. That douglas Valley brakers could be trusted. The correct part, in very good condition, was delivered promptly and well packaged. On a second occasion, we needed a bumper. Douglas Valley had the part but advised collection in person due to the difficulties in packing large flimsy plastic parts. That would also have higher shipping costs. Would definitely recommend and will definitely use again.

I bought a Fiesta power steering rack from DVB and couldn't be happier with both the quality of the supplied part and their customer care. Kit arrived well packaged, just as described and at a good price. Communication from Rob and the boys was top notch, super knowledgeable and always courteous, despite my tricky questons. Spoke to owner, offered to fight me due to me asking if hed take a price for something well overpriced. Extremely rude, overpriced, does not know how to talk to people. I wouldn't give this company my money.

Owner Topman, found what I needed, a 986 engine, but had a problem with the export shipping company; when I find one, I'll be back to have it shipped.
